Health at work

Are you tired in the evening, wearing masks the whole day? Then implement the following steps on a daily basis. You will quickly notice a change.

1. take short breaks during working hours (if you can) and open the window to breathe in fresh air (oxygen).

2. get off the bus one stop early and walk home.

3. find a quiet place in your home and do the following breathing exercise (e.g. after dinner):

  •     Sit on a chair or on the floor.
  •     Close your eyes and concentrate on your breath.
  •     Consciously enjoy your inhalation and exhalation
  •     With the exhalation send away all tiredness, worries, fears.
  •     Inhale courage, confidence, joy.
  •     Do this exercise daily for 10 minutes

    You will cleanse your energy field and strengthen your immune system!
